It will be necessary that a Maintenance Agreement be executed on Park/Ride Lot Projects, similar to that on other projects. Attached is a copy of the LARP Agreement, which has been modified to cover these projects.
This Agreement should be handled in the same manner as those on other State Aid Projects.
In the event there is an existing Contract already approved or authorized you should acquire the signatures of the appropriate Officials as soon as possible.
