County/City Contracts–Right of Way Certification

To clarify the certification of right of way on projects covering
- placing of aggregate,
- motor grader leveling, and
- resurfacing,
the following procedure should be implemented by all Districts immediately on all State Aid Projects
(LARP, PR - county/city contracts or letting's):
The certification should cover only that the road is a public road and on either the County Road System or the
City Street System. (Refer to Certification currently being used on LARP projects).
This certification can also cover projects with any widening that can be accomplished without moving ditches back
or extending the existing construction limits.
