Who is the Project Team working for you?
GDOT has contracted with Mulkey Engineers and Consultants to assist with the environmental and conceptual studies for this project. In addition to the public and GDOT, the following agencies are also involved in the project studies and considered partners in the decision-making process for the project:

- Federal Regulatory and Permitting Agencies
- State Regulatory and Permitting Agencies
