I-20 / I-520 Interchange Reconstruction Project (Richmond/Columbia)

The Georgia Department of Transportation will be reconstructing the I-20/I-520 interchange in Richmond County. Crews will also widen I-20 from Belair Road to Wheeler Road in Columbia and Richmond counties.

Georgia DOT has an interchange reconstruction project on US 29/ SR 8 (Lawrenceville Hwy) at I-285/ SR 407 to widen Lawrenceville Hwy from two-lanes to three lanes and implement other operational changes.

Perimeter Center Parkway @ I-285 Overpass Project

The Perimeter Center Parkway Overpass will be a four-lane divided roadway across Interstate 285 from Hammond Drive to Lake Hearn Drive. Once completed this roadway will ease traffic congestion for commuters by providing a north/south alternative to heavily-traveled Ashford Dunwoody and Peachtree Dunwoody roads.
