The scope of the project includes the development, design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of improvements to GA 400 at Highway 20 (Northern boundary) to I-85 (Southern boundary) and I-285 between I-75 to the west and I-85 to the east.

In accordance with the Board Rule and Policy Implementation Guidelines, the Initial Review Committee (IRC) has determined that the unsolicited proposal meets the established eligibility criteria for Public-Private Initiatives. Notice is hereby given that GDOT has received the above referenced unsolicited proposal and will accept public comment and any competing proposals over a 90 day period ending April 14, 2005. In accordance with Board Rule and Policy, notice is hereby provided that any prospective competing proposer should submit a Letter of Intent to the Department at the address shown herein by February 13, 2005. Competing proposals are to be submitted according to the single phase proposal requirements.
