In accordance with the Board Rule, Policy and Procedures, the Advisory Committee has determined that the unsolicited proposal meets the established selection criteria for Public-Private Initiatives. Notice is hereby given that GDOT has received the above referenced unsolicited proposal and will accept public comment and any competing proposals over a 135 day period ending October 30, 2006. In accordance with Board Rule and Policy, notice is hereby provided that any prospective competing proposer should submit a Letter of Intent to Submit to the Department at the address shown herein on July 31, 2006. Competing proposals are to be submitted according to the Department’s procedures by no later than 10:00 A.M. on October 30, 2006. The original proposal and any competing proposals will be evaluated according to the Selection Criteria in the Department’s procedures. All public comments, Letter of Intent to Submit and competing proposals are to be submitted to:
