Welcome to the Online Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) Design Policy Manual.    This manual presents current GDOT guidelines pertaining to roadway design on the state highway system.  It also provides information normally required in the development of a typical roadway project.  The designer should use this information and attempt to meet all criteria and guidelines presented in the Manual.
