Office of Preconstruction

The Assistant Director of Preconstruction
Genetha Rice-Singleton

This office assists in the development of policies and procedures for the Preconstruction Division, including the “Plan Development Process,” establishes appropriate objectives and priorities in support of the overall DOT program, and provides support to the Preconstruction Division Director for program management.
