Office of Consultant Design & Program Delivery

The Office Consultant Design and Program Delivery is primarily responsible for Prequalification of the Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms, Resource Planning, Procurement of A&E Services and Management of projects under design by Consultants.

This office consists of four (4) operational units: Prequalification, Resource Planning, Consultant Procurement/Contract Management and Project Management. All consultants must be prequalified by the Department to do design work or provide certain services that are necessary to support design work.
