Organization

The State Utilities Office is located in the General Office in Atlanta. The State Utilities Engineer and staff manage the policy and procedures that are in use throughout the State.

In each of the seven DOT Districts there is a District Utilities Office with duties that encompass permitting and constructioncoordination in the District.
