Our Mission:

The mission of the Office of Traffic Operations is to make the operation of Georgia's State Highway System safe and efficient.

We will be positive, supportive, and sensitive to the needs of the transportation system users.

Changes

In 2001, a new office called the Office of Traffic Safety and Design was created. This change transferred many of the design and engineering policy duties out of the Office of Traffic Operations.
