The Publications Unit coordinates the writing, editing, design and printing of many of the Department's premier publications, as well as special events collaterals (ie. invitations,certificates, posters, displays, banners, etc).

Fact Book
The Fact Book is published each year to update general information on the programs, activities and organizational structure of the Georgia DOT. This publication includes a list of contacts for each office and division, as well as updated statistical information that may be of interest to the Department's internal and external constituencies.

Annual Report
The Annual Report provides comprehensive
financial, statistical and organizational information about the Department from the
previous fiscal year. This publication also highlights the activities and
accomplishments of each Departmental division, office and district during
the fiscal year.
Pedestrian & Streetscape Guide
The Pedestrian & Streetscape Guide encourages good planning, design, and engineering practices related to pedestrian facilities. This guide also addresses a few important construction, ongoing maintenance and operational aspects related to pedestrian facilities.

Georgia MilePost
The Georgia Milepost is the quarterly
magazine for the Department. Each issue features stories
from around the state involving the activities of the Department.
Quarterly Construction Status Map
The Construction and Maintenance Status
Map provides travelers with information about construction projects on interstates and
state routes that might affect traffic flow. The Status Map also indicates how close each
project is to completion.
