Media Relations Unit

 

The Media Relations Unit serves as a liasion between the Georgia DOT and the media, for the distribution of information pertaining to the operation, activity and structure of the Department.   This unit proactively contacts media organizations about current transportation issues affecting Georgia residents.  The Media Relations Unit also performs research about transportation related topics and facilitates interviews between Georgia DOT officials and media in conveying transportation-related issues to the public.
